Around 7:50 p.m. Halloween evening, Engine 73-5 was dispatched to assist Station 62 with a reported house fire. Initial reports were smoke in the attic after have a fire in fire place. Engine 73-5 arrived as third due engine with a crew of 6. Engine 73-5’s crew assisted in removing the wood stove and inserts to find and extinguish the fire. Crews were onscene just shy of 3 hours before returning.
