On 9/19/25 at 6:00 a.m., LCFC along with Uwchlan Ambulance were dispatched to the 2400 block of Conestoga Road for a reported accident. Assistant 73 (Tryniszewski) went enroute and was advised by Chester County 911 of a crash notification with one vehicle believed to be involved. Assistant 73 arrived and advised of a two car accident. MICU 87-1 arrived and assessed the patients, Rescue 73 arrived and assisted in traffic control and hazard mitigation. Units cleared in 30 minutes.
