On 9/16/25 at approximately 5:45 p.m., LCFC along with stations 48, 47, 49, 69 and 2-44 were alerted to the unit block of Rabbit Run Lane in Upper Uwchlan for a reported house fire. Battalion 73 (Senn) went enroute and was advised by Chester County 911 that the resident reported smoke coming from the second floor bathroom. Upon arrival, Battalion 73 found a heavy smoke condition in the second floor of the residence caused from a burnt up bathroom fan. Engine 48-2 arrived first due and were given the assignment to check the attic for extension. At this time the assignment was held to the units from Glen Moore FC and Ludwigs Corner. Engine 73-1 arrived and assisted the crew from 48-1, as well as set up a PPV fan to remove the smoke from the residence. Units operated for approximately 1 hour before returning available.
