Friday Rentals

$750.00 for (4) four hours - time begins when guests arrive - 300 guests

Saturday Rentals

$850.00 for (4) four hours - time begins when guests arrive- 300 guests

Sunday Rentals

$650.00 for (4) four hours- time begins when guests arrive- 300 guests

Additional Items

$1,000 Damage Deposit required if no caterer is being used.
$500.00 Damage deposit required for all rentals. This is refunded after the function if there is no damage.
$250.00 Deposit to confirm and hold your date. This is non-refundable and will be applied to your rental charge.
$100.00 Per hour overtime charge.

When renting the hall they will need to bring a copy of their driver’s license and a copy of a credit card.

Caterers
You must use one of our two approved caterers for access to the kitchen. You will have to contact the caterers listed below for their available food packages.  
They are as follows.

We do not have a liquor license; therefore, you may supply your own. The balance of your rental and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your function.

For set up and decorating, you may have access to Griffith Hall any time after 8:00 AM on the day of your function.

The dance floor is a 30' x 90', 2700 hundred square foot hardwood dance floor.
