On Saturday morning at approximately 8:30A.M., the company and Uwchlan Ambulance were dispatched to the intersection of Route 100 and Horseshoe Trail for an auto accident. Simultaneously, the company was also dispatched for a medical call in the local. Assistant 73 and Chief 73 responded immediately while QRS 73 responded to the secondary medical call. Assistant 73 arrived and confirmed 3 vehicles blocking with 4 patients to be checked. Rescue 73 arrived with 6 (3 FF/EMTS) and started assessing the patients and providing traffic control as well as mitigating fluid spills. Traffic 73 also responded and assisted with traffic control. Crews operated for approximately 1 hour before returning available.
