LCFC Volunteers, along with volunteers from Glenmoore and Wagontown Fire Companies, traveled to Chester County Public Safety Training Campus to learn about more about flashovers. After a classroom session, everyone went out to do the live fire portion. For the live fire portion of this class, the volunteers utilized the flashover simulator which allowed the crews to see a flashover first hand. This training helps the firefighters recognize when a flashover might occur on an actual fire scene.
